Day 10: You Are Allowed to Take Up Space

“Shrink for no one. The universe made you on purpose.” — Walk the Hidden Path

Teaching

Anxiety has a way of shrinking us.

Speak less. Don’t bother anyone. Don’t take too long. Don’t need too much.

But you were not made to be invisible.

You are allowed to breathe deeply. To pause before you answer. To need support. To ask for more.

You are not too much.

The world is noisy — but you don’t have to disappear inside it.

Today, let yourself take up space. In your body. In your home. In your voice.

Notice how often you apologize for existing.

Then gently stop.

You are not a disruption.

You are a presence.

And presence is sacred.

Meditation

Stand or sit with your spine tall. Breathe into the fullness of your body. With each inhale, say silently: 'I belong here.' With each exhale: 'I take up space with love.'

Action

Speak one truth today without apologizing. Wear something comfortable and expressive. Stretch your arms wide and say, 'I have a right to exist fully.'

Success Story

Nina H. “I never realized how much I was shrinking myself until this practice. Now I take longer pauses, speak up, breathe deeper. It’s like I finally believe I belong in my own life.”

You don’t need permission to exist. You already do.
