Day 15: You’re Allowed to Change Your Mind

“Anxiety clings to certainty. Peace lives in permission.” — Walk the Hidden Path

Teaching

Anxiety wants everything locked in.

*Pick the perfect path. Say the right thing. Don’t change, or you’ll regret it.*

So you freeze.

You commit too soon — or not at all — not because you’re flaky, but because you’re scared.

But here’s the truth:

*You are allowed to shift. To reevaluate. To change direction.*

Your healing doesn’t require rigid certainty. Your growth doesn’t demand perfection.

Let today be the day you offer yourself flexibility.

Not because you’re indecisive — but because you’re alive. And life is allowed to move.

Say yes, and later say no. Begin again.

Nothing is ruined just because you changed your mind.

That’s not failure. That’s self-trust in motion.

Meditation

Sit comfortably. Breathe deeply and gently. On each inhale, say inwardly: 'I am allowed to grow.' On each exhale: 'I am free to change.' Repeat for 2–3 minutes.

Action

Identify one area where you’ve felt boxed in — by a decision, a label, a fear. Say aloud: 'I am allowed to change my mind.' Then choose what’s true for you now.

Success Story

Eleni M. “I used to force myself to stick with choices that no longer felt right. This gave me permission to shift — to listen again. Now I feel like I’m making space for who I actually am, not who I thought I had to be.”

You are not a statue. You are a river.
