Day 2: You Are Not Broken — Just Breaking Open

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” — Rumi

Teaching

We’re taught to fear the breaking. But breaking open is different from breaking down.

You’re not unraveling — you’re revealing. What’s being stripped away wasn’t yours to carry anymore.

This isn’t destruction. It’s transformation.

Let your heart tremble. Let your voice crack. There is strength in feeling deeply. There is beauty in the becoming.

You don’t have to see what’s next to know that this is not the end.

Meditation

Close your eyes. Imagine light gently filling the cracks in your heart. With each breath, feel it expand. Whisper: 'I am not broken. I am becoming.'

Action

List three ways you've changed — not because of them, but because of your own resilience.

Success Story

Jordan E. “I used to beg for answers. Now, I don’t need them. I’ve made peace with not knowing, and it’s given me back my power.”
