Day 22: Comparison Is a Trap

“Their path is not your path — and it never was.” — Walk the Hidden Path

Teaching

It’s tempting to peek at their social media. To ask mutual friends. To wonder if they’re happier, faster.

But comparison is a trap.

You have your own timeline. Your own rhythm. Your own kind of healing.

Don’t measure your peace against their performance.

Their smile may not tell the truth — and even if it does, your life isn’t a race.

Focus inward. That’s where the real progress lives.
