“You do not have to suffer to prove you’re good.”
Many of us were raised to see wealth as selfish.
We were taught that wanting more made us bad — that we had to justify our success with suffering or selflessness.
But guilt does not create generosity. It creates sabotage.
You can be good and have more. You can be kind and be wealthy. You can be deeply spiritual and still own beautiful things.
Today, gently let go of the guilt that says otherwise.
The more you have, the more you can circulate. The more resourced you are, the more you can offer — not out of obligation, but from overflow.
Say aloud: 'I am allowed to receive without guilt.' Breathe into your heart. Place a hand there. Repeat: 'Wealth is not selfish. It is spiritual when shared with love.'
List three ways your abundance could bless others — if you let it. Hold that as a prayer. Let it feel clean, not heavy.
Nina T. “I used to undercharge because I felt guilty making more than my friends. Then I realized: I could help them more once I was stable. I stopped apologizing for growing.”
Receiving without guilt is a form of trust.
