“The path isn’t somewhere you walk. It’s something you live — in every breath.”
There’s no off-ramp on the spiritual journey.
There’s no place where you stop being a seeker — even when you forget, even when you feel stuck, even when you’re making tea or checking your email.
Because the path isn’t an idea. It’s how you meet each moment.
Presence in the ordinary is still awakening. Awareness in discomfort is still growth. Softness with your own struggle is still sacred.
You are not off-track. You are alive.
You don’t have to wait for the ‘right’ moment to be spiritual. This moment is the path. This very one. The messy one. The boring one. The painful one.
Every breath is a choice — to forget yourself, or to remember.
So remember. Again and again. That’s the path.
Sit in silence. Place your hands gently on your lap. Repeat inwardly with each breath: “This is it. This is the path.” Let the words fade into presence.
Choose one ordinary moment today — a task, a conversation, a pause — and honor it as your practice.
Loren M. “I kept thinking the path would begin when I had more time. More quiet. But the moment I just breathed into washing my dishes, I felt it. The sacred is always here.”
There is no moment outside the path. Only moments unnoticed.
