“The world you see is drawn with the ink of your own awareness.”
It’s easy to believe the source of your turmoil is “out there.”
A person. A failure. A future. A fear.
But what if every image you chase is a mirror? What if every story “out there” is rooted in something “in here” — not as blame, but as invitation?
The seeker who blames the world stays spinning. But the seeker who turns inward begins to see with new eyes.
Try it. The next time you feel resistance, ask: What part of me is asking to be seen?
The world cannot give you what you will not give yourself. That is not punishment. It is the profound, merciful design of awakening.
You are not here to master the world. You are here to master presence — and from that, the world shifts.
Sit with eyes closed. Picture something that recently upset you. Now breathe. Ask inwardly: What is this reflecting back to me? Stay with the feeling, not the story. Just notice what arises.
Journal for 5 minutes: What’s one story you’ve been telling about the world? Write it down, then write: 'What if this is showing me something I forgot to feel?'
Jordan R. “I used to think the people around me were the problem. But when I started asking what my reactions were showing me, I began to grow. The world didn’t change — but I did.”
You are not trapped in the world — you are shaping how you see it.
