“Fear returning doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means you’re human. Let it pass through without letting it take root.”
Some days, it feels like the fear is gone — lightness, clarity, a sense of peace.
Then something triggers you. The body tightens. The doubt returns. You think, 'I thought I was past this.'
But healing isn’t linear. And fear isn’t failure — it’s a visitor. And how you greet it makes all the difference.
You don’t have to argue with fear. You don’t have to believe it. You don’t even have to fix it. You just have to notice it, breathe through it, and stay anchored in truth.
Today, when fear visits, say: 'I see you. But I don’t serve you.' Then return to the practices that ground you — breath, stillness, trust.
The goal isn’t to eliminate fear forever. It’s to no longer let it rule you.
Sit or lie down. When fear arises, breathe into it. Whisper: 'You are allowed to be here, but I do not follow you.' Let it move through you like a wave.
Name the fear that has resurfaced. Write it down. Then write a response from your higher self. Read that part twice.
Jules V. “I was so proud of my growth — and then I panicked over something small and felt like a fraud. But I remembered this lesson. I breathed. I didn’t spiral. And I realized: I didn’t fall back. I just faced fear differently. That *was* progress.”
You’re not starting over. You’re starting deeper.
