“Most of what you believe isn’t yours. It’s inherited noise.”
We believe we know who we are. What’s real. What’s possible.
But most of those beliefs aren’t native to your soul — they’re adopted, inherited, absorbed.
They’re old coats draped on you in childhood, shaped by culture, trauma, repetition.
Today’s invitation is simple: notice what you’ve assumed. Then ask — is this *mine?* Is this even true?
Truth isn’t found by adding more beliefs. It’s uncovered by releasing false ones.
When you question gently, you free yourself to see again. And the view is clearer without the fog of assumption.
Bring to mind one belief about yourself — maybe 'I’m not enough' or 'I always mess things up.' Sit with it. Ask: 'Whose voice is this?' Then release it gently, like breath.
Choose one assumption today — about your worth, your limits, or your day. Hold it up to the light. Ask: 'What if this isn’t true?'
Tess G. “I questioned just one belief — that I had to always be productive. The relief I felt was immediate. I cried like a kid being set free.”
The real you has never been broken. Just buried.
