“Your body doesn’t speak in logic. It speaks in truth.”
The body knows long before the mind admits.
A tightening in your stomach. A heaviness in your chest. That strange fatigue after a meeting you didn’t even speak in. These aren’t inconveniences. They’re messages.
Your body keeps score, yes — but it also keeps direction.
When something’s aligned, your breath deepens. Time feels spacious. You feel *open.* When it’s off, your energy contracts. You leave your own center.
Today is about listening to those signals.
Because the body doesn’t lie. It doesn’t care what looks good on paper. It cares what feels true.
And when you start letting that yes and no guide you — even a little — life starts to flow more easily. The right work doesn’t drain you. It expands you.
Close your eyes and recall a time when you felt deeply energized after working on something. Where did you feel it in your body? Now remember a time when you felt completely drained. Compare the two. Journal your observations.
Throughout the day, pause and check in: ‘How does this feel in my body?’ Trust the answer — even if you don’t act on it yet.
Marina T. “When I started listening to the tension in my body, I realized my job wasn’t sustainable. I transitioned into coaching — and for the first time, my work feels nourishing.”
If it costs you your health, it isn’t success.
